Individual Memberships

Discounted Memberships

Discounted membership fees are available to full-time students, retirees, part-time professionals and support personnel in the field, as described in detail below.

To qualify for discounted membership fees, you must:

1) complete an Eligibility Webform and

2) provide written confirmation of your status.

Discounted memberships will not be activated without appropriate written confirmation.  Except for Students, your written documentation will continue VALID for 3 years in the category selected.  You will need to complete the Eligibility Webform every renewal.

Your email receipt will provide instructions for submitting your confirmation materials. 

You have 30 days to provide your confirmation materials.  If you are unable to do so, you may pay the balance due for an Individual Membership.  We are unable to provide refunds.

Full-time Students

Full-time Student. Annual fee - $20.00.

Supporting Materials needed:  Eligibility Webform plus proof of full-time status in a degree granting program (transcript showing a minimum of 12 credits per semester or a letter from your Registrar confirming full-time status).

Part-time Professionals

Part-time Instructor/Adjunct. Annual fee - $35.00.  SAVE $10 - 2 yrs. for $60.00.

Supporting Materials needed: Eligibility Webform plus a written communication from your employer confirming you do not have full-time employment.

Educational Staff

Para-professional/Teaching Assistant/Aide. Annual fee - $20.00.

Supporting Materials needed: Eligibility Webform plus a communication from your employer confirming your position in the organization.

Retirees

Retiree. Annual fee - $20.00.

Confirmation of retiree status will be handled on an individual basis. After applying, you will be given a link to the Eligibility Webform to begin the process.
