We have tiered discounts for Full-time and Half-time students. To qualify for the discounted STUDENT registration fee rate, you must submit proof of your student status. Absent acceptable documentation, you will be required to pay the full Non-member or Member registration price onsite the day of the conference.
Documentation needed:
Full-time students must provide a transcript for the current semester showing a minimum of 12 credits, or a letter from your Registrar confirming full-time status in a degree granting program.
Half-time students must provide a transcript for the current semester showing a minimum of 2 courses, or a letter from your Registrar confirming half-time status in a degree granting program.
Your email receipt will provide instructions for submitting your documentation.
The advance registration fee for MEMBER STUDENTS is $25.00 ($35.00 onsite).
The advance registration fee for NON-MEMBER FULL-TIME STUDENTS is $30.00 ($40.00 onsite).
The advance registration fee for NON-MEMBER HALF-TIME STUDENTS is $35.00 ($45.00 onsite).
No refunds will be offered for cancellations.
